Terms of Service
Last updated 9 July 2026. Written in plain English, because you should be able to read it.
1. What this covers
These terms apply to knoxed.ai, operated by Knoxed. By creating an account or submitting a design-partner application, you agree to them.
2. The service is pre-launch
knoxed.ai is unfinished and provided as is, without warranty. Features may change or be removed. It may be unavailable without notice. Do not make it the only thing standing between you and a production incident.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and ingest keys secret. An ingest key can write telemetry into your organization; treat it like a password. Tell us promptly at security@knoxed.ai if one leaks, and revoke it from Settings.
4. Your data is yours
You keep all rights to the telemetry and content you send us. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, display it back to your organization, and operate the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use knoxed.ai to break the law, to attack our systems or anyone else’s, to submit data you have no right to submit, or to attempt to access another organization’s data. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Availability and support
There is no service-level agreement during pre-launch. We do not promise uptime, backups, or a support response time. We will do our best, and we will tell you the truth when we fall short.
7. Price
knoxed.ai is currently free. If we introduce charges, we will tell you before they apply to you, and design partners will not be charged for the period during which they helped us build it.
8. Ending it
You may stop using knoxed.ai and delete your organization at any time, which deletes its data. We may terminate an account for a breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of a free, pre-launch service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email account holders. Continuing to use knoxed.ai after that means you accept the updated terms.
