Why per organization, not per host?
Per-host pricing is why a three-instance app on Datadog turns into a four-figure monthly bill: hosts are billed at their high-water mark, so one autoscaling event taxes the whole month. We are building for teams who need to predict the number. One org, one line on your invoice.
When does billing start?
Not during beta. Design partners use knoxed.ai free until we formally launch. You will get 30 days notice before any charge appears, and you will be offered Growth pricing at the locked-in rate regardless of when you apply.
What currency will I be billed in?
We bill in your local currency — GBP for UK, EUR for EU, USD everywhere else. No conversion fees, no surprises.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
